Gwen is a corporate secretarial veteran with over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice. As a Chartered Secretary, she has extensive experience advising private and public companies alike on corporate actions, corporate governance matters, compliance with SGX Listing Rules and the Singapore Companies Act. She is also familiar with cross-border governance for Singapore incorporated companies listed on overseas Exchange or non-Singapore incorporated companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.  She had served as the named Company Secretary to clients from diverse industries, including financial institutions regulated by the MAS, SGX-listed companies, US REITs and not-for-profit charitable organisations.  

 

Gwen started her career in law firms and honed her skills and expertise working alongside esteemed professionals and practioners. With her years of experience, she has exposure in local, regional and international firms, including a government-linked company in Singapore.  Prior to CitadelCorp, she was leading a team of professional staff in a regional corporate services provider firm.
